We are aware of an issue for new Android users on the latest version of Android OS being unable to download the Diamond Bus App. Please be advised this issue relates to new downloads of the app only and users with the app already downloaded to their device are able to use the app with no issues. Our App provider is working towards an update to resolve this issue, however in the meantime, we advise customers with the latest versions of Android OS to check if they are able to download the app to their device BEFORE purchasing tickets online. Tickets are also available to purchase from the driver onboard using cash or Contactless payment.
